How can I pay for my order?
We're flexible and can accept payments in multiple currencies via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay
I've just paid for my order. What happens next?
Check your inbox! You'll receive an email confirming your order is complete, a second email when the carrier's picked it up from our warehouse with your tracking information, a third email when it's out for delivery (confirming same tracking information) and a fourth email when it's been delivered.
So if we're not all over you with email updates check your spam/junk folder!
Orders will be packaged and shipped out within 1 to 2 business day from the day the order was made. Please refer to our shipping policy for further details.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER I'VE ALREADY HAVE?
Yes, you will have 30 mins after placing your order to make changes. To make changes, please email us at email@example.com
After the 30 mins has passed by, you will no be able to make any changes to your order.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

WHEN DO ORDERS GET PACKAGED AND SHIPPED OUT?
Once the orders are placed, the orders are immediately packaged and shipped out either the same day or the next day.
The packaging of the order(s) same day, will depend on the amount of order(s) received the day the order(s) was placed.
The shipping of the order(s) will most of the times be shipped out the next day from when the order was placed.
Exceptions are holidays, weekends, vacation
WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?
No, you don't have to be home for your order to be delivered. It will be your choice to be home or not be home to receive your package.
No signature is required. Unless, you request to sign for your package.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this moment, we only ship within the United States and to Armed Forces addresses(APO and FPO)..
DO YOU SHIP WORLD WIDE?
At this time, we currently only ship in the US only. No international shipping.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can find tracking information by logging into your account and selecting 'Order History' from the menu items. Alternatively, you can either track your order by using our track order link on the home page of the website or you can find tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find this email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder!

CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We're happy to update your order, whether that be including a gift note, changing your delivery address, adding/removing an item, or helping you cancel. However, we can only make changes before your order has shipped and, because our fulfillment center work quickly, this timeframe is a small one. If you'd like to update or cancel your order, please email info.dvinetimingcollectionllc.org and we'll see what we can do!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns received within 7 days of original purchase unless otherwise noted on the item's product page. Please note that replacement orders are not eligible for return. All items must be returned in their original product packaging unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please refer to our return policy for further information.

We're sorry you didn't love your gift! If the item was shipped directly to you, please send an email with your full name and address to: email@example.com. If the item wasn't shipped to your home, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and include the gift giver's full name and email address. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN ITEM?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Our store does not issue out refunds in the form of cash and card transactions. We will issue a store credit or gift card to us towards your next purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive the items back and start the return process. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
