How can I pay for my order?
We're flexible and can accept payments in multiple currencies via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay
I've just paid for my order. What happens next?
Check your inbox! You'll receive an email confirming your order is complete, a second email when the carrier's picked it up from our warehouse with your tracking information, a third email when it's out for delivery (confirming same tracking information) and a fourth email when it's been delivered.
So if we're not all over you with email updates check your spam/junk folder!
Orders will be packaged and shipped out within 1 to 2 business day from the day the order was made.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER I'VE ALREADY HAVE?
Yes, you will have 30 mins after placing your order to make changes. To make changes, please email us at customercare@dvinetimingcollectionllc.com care@dvinetimingcollectionllc.com
After the 30 mins has passed by, you will no be able to make any changes to your order.

WHEN DO ORDERS GET PACKAGED AND SHIPPED OUT?
Once the orders are placed, the orders are immediately packaged and shipped out either the same day or the next day.
The packaging of the order(s) same day, will depend on the amount of order(s) received the day the order(s) was placed.
The shipping of the order(s) will most of the times be shipped out the next day from when the order was placed.
Exceptions are holidays, weekends, vacation
WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?
No, you don't have to be home for your order to be delivered. It will be your choice to be home or not be home to receive your package.
No signature is required. Unless, you request to sign for your package.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this moment, we only ship within the United States and to Armed Forces addresses(APO and FPO)..
WHAT YOU SHIP WORLD WIDE?
At this time, we currently only ship in the US only. No international shipping.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can find tracking information by logging into your account and selecting 'Order History' from the menu items. Alternatively, you can find tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find this email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder!
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
We're sorry your order didn't arrive as expected! Please send your order number and a photo of the damaged item to: customercare@dvinetimingcollectionllc.com. Our support team will be in touch shortly with the next steps.

CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We're happy to update your order, whether that be including a gift note, changing your delivery address, adding/removing an item, or helping you cancel. However, we can only make changes before your order has shipped and, because our fulfillment center work quickly, this timeframe is a small one. If you'd like to update or cancel your order, please email customercare@dvinetimingcollectionllc.com and we'll see what we can do!
Product Return
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise noted on the item's product page. Please note that replacement orders are not eligible for return. All items must be returned in their original product packaging unopened, unused, and undamaged.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To start the return process, please email customercare@dvinetimingcollectionllc.com and request a return label. When you receive the return label, fix it to the outside of the box and drop the package off at the pre-determined carrier (don't forget to request a shipping receipt!). Once the package arrives at our shipping facility, your funds (the value of the item(s) purchased and any tax applied) will typically be returned to the original form of payment within 5 business days, though this may vary depending on your banking institution.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT I'VE RECEIVED?
We're sorry you didn't love your gift! If the item was shipped directly to you, please send an email with your full name to: customercare@dvinetimingcollectionllc.com. If the item wasn't shipped to your home, please send an email to: info@dvinetimingcollectionllc.com and include the gift giver's full name and email address.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR ME RETURN ITEM?
Yes, When returning your item, you will be responsible for all shipping cost?
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. We'll send you an email once this is complete! Note that it may take your financial institution a little longer to reflect this transaction.

CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Of course! You can easily add a gift message to your order at checkout. If you've already placed an order but it hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to include a gift message. Please email customercare@dvinetimingcollectionllc.com and we'll see what we can do.
DOES YOUR BOUTIQUE SALE GIFT CARDS FOR YOUR SITE?
Unforuntionaly at this time, we currently do not sale gift cards.
