Oh my Goodness! The soft material that this lounge set is made of is super comfortable. The material caresses the skin.  This lounge set feels so good while wearing it. 

The pants have strings that is for decoration only. The shirt is a tube top. You have the choice to either show your stomach or not. 

This set is not true to fit. It runs big. It has a nice stretch to the material. You may want to buy a size smaller. 

The lounge set doesn't have pockets or zippers. The material is not too thin or thick. It is just right. This lounge set is perfect for wearing around the house, riding in a car while on road trip, train ride, catching a flight or running your errands.

Shoes to wear: house shoes, tennis shoe, some nice hills, wedges or sandles. This 2pc lounge set is universal.

Model is 5"6" in height and is wearing a Large in size. 

The material is made of 92% POLYESTER, 8% SPANDEX. Made in China.

CARE: Hand wash cold, do not Bleach, Iron Low, do not dry clean

How long does it take for Dvine Timing Collection LLC to ship? Does Dvine Timing Collection LLC use UPS or FedEx?

Standard delivery (3-5 business days)  -  Most orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits or put it by your door. 

Expedited delivery (3 business days)  -  Excludes items shipped direct from the manufacturer. Estimated delivery times will be displayed in checkout. Orders are shipped UPS. UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area.

Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped our Standard Delivery 3-5 business day method. Eligible customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive free shipping. Free shipping may apply when customer receive a discount code in their email or via text message to apply at check out for free shipping.

No! Dvine Timing Collection LLC offers does not offer same day delivery. We do offer 1 day delivery. At checkout, please select 1 day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

What are estimated delivery dates?

When do we take payment?

We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to some large and heavy items. The items shipped will be either in a poly-mailer or a box with Dvine Timing Collection LLC’s logo.

 

Dvine Timing Collection LLC return policy

Dvine Timing Collection LLC have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. No refunds on sales item. All sales are final on sale item. You can find this information in the product description. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Charges/Fees are subject to apply for the return item(s).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

change or remove an item

You can change the quantity or size/color of an item at any time during your shopping experience. Simply go to “my bag” and chose “update quantity” or “edit item”. You can remove items under “my bag” as well. Forget to adjust your order before checkout? Don’t worry. You are able to edit your bag before placing your order during checkout.
